We take so much for granted

We fail to thank God above

For all the many gifts He gave

And for His glorious love.

We don't need a special occasion

To thank Him for all we've got

Just stop and think for a moment

And you're bound to remember a lot.

For the alarm when it wakes us

Even though we'd rather sleep in

But let us thank Him for that too

For it's another day we begin.

For the rain that may come pouring

When we'd rather have a sunny day

But let us thank Him for that too

For the rain brings many bouquets.

For the laundry I know I must wash

And the meals I need to prepare

But let us always be thankful to Him

For food we eat and clothes we wear.

There are days we fail to say “Thank you God”, as we are busy in our lives with a fast paced world. I have found out, however, that by taking time throughout your days to give thanks to our Heavenly Father, we feel so much better inside and know that we are making God happy. We may feel as though nothing is turning out the way we plan, but God DOES know best. He will never give us more than we can handle.

Look around at others and you will find so many are far worse off than you. We need to always remember to thank “HIM” for even the trials and tribulations we go through each day, for it is these reasons we grow and learn.

If you love God, as I do, then please, take time from your day this moment and thank Him and ask for forgiveness. He is always waiting there patiently for you. You are never alone when you have God in your life. Isn’t it a wonderful feeling to be able to go to Him any time.... night or day?

God Bless you
