Thank You Lord, for freedom of prayer

Thank You Lord, for the sunny skies

Thank You Lord, for the butterflies.

 

Thank You Lord, for friends and love

Thank You Lord, from up above.

Thank You Lord, for the grass so green

Thank You Lord, for everything.

 

Thank You Lord, for a church to attend

Thank You Lord, for being my best Friend.

Thank You Lord, for the sun in the ‘morn

Thank You Lord, that I’ve been reborn.

 

Thank You Lord, for the gift of a child

Thank You Lord, for the gentle smile.

Thank You Lord, for eyes that see

Thank You Lord, for standing by me.

 

And Lord, if I fail, to give thanks every day,

Please forgive me, for I'll  never go astray.

For You are there; Just a call away,
