Walk with the Lord! I must keep this thought,

Have faith in Him when I feel distraught.

Kneel down on my knees, fold hands in prayer.

 I know my Lord listens. He’s always there.

He’ll guide me through when times are bad,

Take away my frowns when I am sad.

  He’s there for you. He’s there for me.

He’s waiting and listening to our plea.

Walk with the Lord right by your side.

Allow Him always to be your guide.

Listen to what He’s saying to you.

His Word shall always see you through.

From the darkest night to the brightest day

He’s there to guide me on my way.

Through stormy times He calms the sea.

He gives me hope and strengthens me.

Though the steepest mountain upward I  trod,

I know I can make it, with faith in God.

He hears when I cry, His Love all around

Whenever I fall, face down to the ground.

I'm blessed to be open, for then I see

Some things that God has in store for me.

It is only God's Love that is helping me

And giving the words for my poetry.
